Buyers Club is a network of buyers coming together and using the combined group buying power to negotiate and capitalise on opportunities not generally available to the general public As a club, we commonly receive private off-the-market invitations direct from property developers, real estate agents, and vendors. We perform the due diligence on these opportunities and present them to clients who have expressed interest in these kinds of property investment deals.
