At Jadco Homes, we provide a fixed price contract.

From the very beginning, we work with you to ensure there are no hidden extras. We carry out preliminary site investigations and testing, before creating a fixed price tender.

There really are no surprise costs: if you need 100m piering, we’ll tell you before you sign the contract, not afterwards. It comes down to our core beliefs of honesty and integrity, which constitute the foundation of every home we build.
